Symptoms

When attempting to run the schedule payment selection report the following error occurs.

ERROR

REP-0151: Duplicate argument specification for keyword 'REPORT'.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Payments -> Entry -> Payment Manager
2. Click to submit a single payment process request
3. View -> requests and notice the "Scheduled Payment Selection Report" fails.
4. Click to view the log file and the "REP-0151: Duplicate argument specification for keyword 'REPORT'" error shows.
