Problem Statement

Post mass retirement program completed successfully but they did not picked up.
This is observed for assets where they were initially failing with an error as

Error message
-------------
ORA-01403: no data found
Error: function FA_RETIREMENT_PUB.do_validation returned failure
Error: function FA_RETIREMENT_PUB.do_retirement returned failure
This asset failed during retirement. Please view logfile for details.
Error: function fa_cua_mass_ext_ret_pkg returned failure
Number of failures: 1

Steps for replication
--------------------
This issue is replicated at will by following below:-
1. (N) Mass Transactions > Retirements > Post.
2.  The Post Mass Retirement concurrent program will prompt for the Book and batch number parameters of the retirement transaction.
     After the parameters are entered, select Submit to complete the mass retirement transaction.

Expected Behavior
------------------
As the initial error stands corrected and rectified, expectation is such that when Post mass retirement is run
the relevant assets should be picked and processed.
