Customer Form Error: A value must be entered for Address Line1, State, City, Postal Code while Creating Account Contact (Doc ID 2866172.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2 version, Customers Module

When attempting to Create Account Contact the following error occurs.

Error
---------
Form validation failures:
A value must be entered for "Address Line1:".
A value must be entered for "State:".
A value must be entered for "City;".
A value must be entered for "Postal Code:".

Log File shows

ar.hz.plsql.HZ:ARHGNRVB:HZ_GNR_PVT.SEARCH_GEOGRAPHIES Mapped Geo Types:

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Responsibility: Receivables super user responsibility
Navigation:
Customers -> Create/Maintain Customer
-> Query the Customer  -> Click on 'Details' under Create Account section
-> Click on 'Communication' tab
-> Click on Create Contact -> Provide value for 'First Name' and click on Apply
