Symptoms

In Trade Management, receive error for Accrual offer adjustment when adding market eligibility for a new line associated to attribute context.  When populating the 'Attribute Value From'
with more than 30 characters gives below error on save.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Trade Management > Trade Planning > Offers
2. Select offer, goto offer adjustments screen
3. Create new adjustment to update market eligibility
