Service Duration Is Not Updating On the Oracle Quote Line When Using A QuoteTemplate (Doc ID 2866385.1)

On : 12.2.10 version, HTML User Interface


When a service item is added to a quote from a quote template,
  users are unable to update the service duration for the item on the quote line.

Expect to be able to update the service duration, since this can be done successfully if the same item is added manually.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Quoting User responsibility

Quotes Dashboard -
1. Create new quote and save.
2. Add products to quote using template (template contains products and service items for those products).
3. Update the quote line for one of those service items.
4. On the service tab, update the service duration fields and click the Apply button.
5. Reopen (Update) the same quote line - the service duration has NOT been updated as expected.
