How to change Default Time zone setting to specific time zone to all users.
Example:
Default Time zone s(GMT-11:00 Midway, Island, Samosa) setting should be changed to (GMT+00:00 ]Edinburgh, Lisbon, London) to all the users who ever logs in through configuration , which would be one time setting?
