Problem Statement
------------------
When Italian sales vat register program was run observed that not all AR (Account Receivables) transactions are captured.
This issue is observed for few AR transactions where the relevant taxes are appearing on the AR invoice when reviewed at distributions form.

Steps for replication
--------------------
Though issue cannot be replicated at will for afresh transactions, observed that this exists with few existing transactions.
1. Run Italian sales vat register program.
2. Review the generated output.

Expected Behavior
------------------
Expects that all AR transactions with relevant taxes get captured in this report.
