Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Tax rule is defaulted for Manual AR invoice but not for the Sales order based invoice

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Tax rule should default at the AR invoice level for Sales order Invoices where the taxes have Tax Point Basis (TPB): Invoice

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Oracle Financials for India > Tax Configuration > Define Tax rule with Tax determination basis for Receivables Application
2. Navigate to India Local Order management responsibility > Sales orders > Create a sales order
3. Go to Tools > India tax details and there is no tax defaulted. This is normal because the tax determination is for Receivables application
4. Run workflow background process and import the AR transaction via Autoinvoice
5. Navigate to Receivables responsibility > Transactions workbench > query the transaction number
6. Go to tools > India tax details and find that the tax has not defaulted
