Item Attachment Not Found In IProcurement Catalog Shop displaying None under Attachements for the Item

Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version, Requisition Management
Attachments are not displayed in iProcurement Catalog.
Expect adding an attachment to item master ,same attachment should be seem in iProcurement Catalog Shop
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Inventory Responsibility and attach a pdf file as an attachment to a new item
2. Verify The attachement can be opened in item master
3. Navigate to Iprocurement Responsibility -> Shop
4. Search for the new item and can see all the details except
5. Need to see the attachement and can only see none.
