Workflow Failing On Line Invoice Interface (Doc ID 286701.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to interface a shipped OM Sales Order Line to AR it errors out.

Have tried the retry workflow from Sys Admin - but get errors:

Invoice Interface - Line/Invoice Interface workflow process of :-
Error Name WFENG_COMMIT_INSIDE

Error Message 3146: Commit happened in activity/function
'LINE_INVOICE_INTERFACE_SUB:INVOICE_INTERFACE/OE_INVOICE_WF.INVOICE_INTERFACE'

From the Exception Management in the Sales Order form (after applying patch 3731146)
the following message is obtained -

The Workflow Activities in Error screen is then displayed showing Invoice
Interface as the activity in error.  Hit 'OK', then error message appears saying:

'ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows in Package
OE_Invoice_PUB Procedure Interface_Single_Line.'

Press 'OK' and a second screen appears saying :
'Workflow Activity Invoice Interface has failed.Please fix errors and retry.'
