Overcompletion Field Is Not Updateable In Move Assy and Scrap Assembly Mobile Pages Even Though Overcompletion Can be Performed in Desktop Forms (Doc ID 2867235.1)

On : 12.2.11 version, Mobile Mfg

After upgrading from 12.2.5 to 12.2.11, the Overcompletion field on the Move Assy and Scrap Assembly mobile pages is not update-able.
This is seen for work orders that have over completion tolerances, and the overcompletion can be done on the Move Transactions desktop form.

The Overcompl field shows in the non-updateable color and is skipped by the cursor and cannot be updated.

Expect the Overcompletion field to be update-able.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigation: (R) Whse Mgmt > Manufacturing > Assy & Material Txn > Move Assy

Changes

The customer saw this issue after upgrading from 12.2.5 to 12.2.11, although it is not clear whether that was actually the cause, as the issue was caused by the setting of a profile option. If the profile was added between these two releases and defaulted to No that would explain why the upgrade changed the behavior.
