Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version, Punchout to Supplier or hub

iProcurement Punchout Error:
 The connection to the supplier website cannot be established


 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Log into the application and navigate to Responsibility:iProcurement
2. Navigate to shop
3. Select  the Supplier
4. Error The connection to the supplier website cannot be established
5. Reviewing the details of the testpunchout output can see:

   ProcessorException
HTTP Response 503 Service Unavailable
encountered while receiving response
