How to Restrict Customer LOV on SR Form by Business Group/Ledger/Operating Unit ? (Doc ID 2867380.1)

Goal

Customer created new responsibility, Business Group (BG) etc. to restrict customer List Of Values (LOV).

Steps:

1. Created new Business Group/Ledger/OU
2. Created new TeleServices Responsibilities for new Ledger
3. Assigned new BG/Operating Unit to TeleServices Responsibility through Profile Options.
4. While creating Service Request, the customer LOV shows all existing BG/Ledger Customers

Business requirement is to see only new BG/Ledger/OU Customers
