Symptoms

When attempting to save data from Dossier Maintenance(IGIGDMAI), the following error occurs:

ERROR

 FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log to Oracle Public Sector Financials (International)
2. Navigate to Setup/Dossier Maintenance
3. Enter the Budget details and save it.
4. System is throwing the error
