Symptoms

Unable to Setup Workflow Mailer Due to Network Connection to Email Server fails/not Opened

Backend OS Java command line Test $AFJVAPRG is not successful and it fails with below error,

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to System Administrator --> OAM--> Workflow Mailer
2. Try to Configure the mailer by entering SMTP/IMAP server and Apply.
