Problem Summary
---------------------------------------------------
After installing Patch 33911870 on 6.4.3 or 33911906 on 6.5.1, both from the April 2022 CPU release, users are not able to create new records in sub domains or with data that has a space or _ in the GID/XID field.

Users will report getting integrity constraint errors when saving objects and notice the GID/XID they tried to use has \x20 added where a space should be. Other characters like the _ will also be replaced by \x2D.

The following are some examples of errors reported.

Cannot update the RATE_OFFERING_T record. [RATE_DISTANCE_GID] must reference a valid RATE_DISTANCE_T record.
java.sql.BatchUpdateException: ORA-02291: integrity constraint (GLOGOWNER.FK_RO_RATE_DISTANCE_GID) violated - parent key not found
Cannot update the RATE_OFFERING_T record.

Cannot update the RATE_OFFERING_T record. [FLEX_COMMODITY_PROFILE_GID] must reference a valid FLEX_COMMODITY_PROFILE_T record.
java.sql.BatchUpdateException: ORA-02291: integrity constraint (GLOGOWNER.FK_RO_FCP_GID) violated - parent key not found

Cannot update the RATE_OFFERING_T record. [RATE_SERVICE_GID] must reference a valid RATE_SERVICE_T record.
java.sql.BatchUpdateException: ORA-02291: integrity constraint (GLOGOWNER.FK_RATE_SERVICE_GID) violated - parent key not found
