Missing Entries From 'Previous Approvals' Section of 'Printed Requisitions Report (XML)' Report (Doc ID 2868280.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, Reports - PO and RCV

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Entries from 'Previous Approvals' section (PO_ACTION_HISTORY) of 'Printed Requisitions Report (XML)' report is found missing.
However, those missing entries can be seen if same PO was printed with non-XML 'Printed Requisitions Report' report.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
'Report Printed Requisitions Report (XML)' should display same content as 'Printed Requisitions Report'


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Purchasing responsibility
2. Navigation = Reports > Run
3. Submit 'Report Printed Requisitions Report (XML)' to run
