On : 12.2.9 version
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
G-Invoicing Performance functionality in the BWC.
For Performance transactions that have been invoiced and paid, but not able to use the 'View Invoices' or 'View Payments' actions shown in the page.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Purchasing Respsonbility
2. Go to Buyer Work Center (BWC)
3. IGT Performance
4. Pick one Performance
5. Click Action = View Invoices
6. Nothing happens
