R12: AP/IBY: An Open Ended Search on the Payment Tab of the Payment Manager Times Out With "The page cannot be displayed" and Causes ORACORES to Error (Doc ID 2868598.1)

When performing a search on the payments tab of the payments manager the page times out and ORACORES fails with an exception.

  1. Go to Payments -> Entry -> Payments Manager
  2. Click on the payments tab
  3. Click Go without entering in any search criteria

After 10 minutes the page times out with

The page cannot be displayed

and the ORACORES log shows an error similar to

  MESSAGE : [STUCK] ExecuteThread: '1' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)' has been busy for "604" seconds working on the request "Workmanager: default, Version: 0, Scheduled=true, Started=true, Started time: 604777 ms
