Goal

Users have a requirement to define projects with multiple top tasks. Each top task is tied to a different customer. Bill is done at top task level and for some projects users have to bill multiple agencies (customers).

Is only one top task allowed for Intragovernmental Transactions (IGT) projects andis only one customer tied to these top tasks?
