Post claim, one of the tax line got removed and recovered amount got reduced from process claim form.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All the recoverable taxes should be shown in claim form for recovery.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Process Claim form
(N): Oracle Financials for India -> Recovery Management -> Process Recovery
2. Query transaction.
3. Click on process claim.
