Third Party NACHA File is Rejected by the Bank for Invalid Information (Doc ID 2868848.1)

The bank has rejected the Third Party NACHA file due to invalid information in the file. 

The NACHA Report has been run and found the Case Identifier number has an invalid character at the end, like "00136305710372013¿ "

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login using US HRMS Manager responsibility or equivalent
2. Run the NACHA concurrent program.  Navigate: Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request
3. Submit generated NACHA .mf output file to bank.
4. Bank rejects the file due to invalid file information.
