On : 12.2.10 version, Service Request Form
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------
When the Charges are submitted from the Service Request form, the Sales Order gets created but the SOLD_TO_LOCATION
is not populated.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------
Expect the Sold to Location to be populated in the Sales Order created after charges submission
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customer Support (R)
2. Create the Service Request and also the Charge Lines and submit.
3. Sales Order is created but without SOLD_TO_LOCATION
