Symptoms
When attempting to close EAM work order with pending material issue failed to close with the following error occurs.
ERROR
Number of jobs failed due to Pending txns : 1
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Enterprise Asset Management.
2. Go to Close Work Order form.
3. Query work order to be closed.
4. The work order failed to close.
