Upon Batch Creation, the Inventory Shortage form (GMEINVSM) is Giving an Error, "ORA-01403: no data found" Followed by "FRM-40735: POST-QUERY trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062."

Symptoms
On : 12.2.10 version, Batches
When attempting to create a batch, and the Inventory Shortages screen pops up,
it shows the following errors.
ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-01403: no data found
FRM-40735: POST-QUERY trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062.
The batch does get created.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a batch with an inventory shortage (Production Supervisor > Create Document)
