Symptoms
When attempting to run OPM Accounting Pre-processor the following error occurs:

Steps to reproduce:
1. Responsibility used: OPM Financials;
2. Navigation path: OPM Accounting Pre-processor;
3. Run the request with check box "Post Transactions When No Item Cost" unchecked.
4. Receive the following error which can be seen in the log file.
