Error Using Special Overtime Earnings Rule Using Points (Doc ID 2869313.1)

Getting error "The system could not adjust for the amount of overtime as defined by the rules" when time is entered above Daily rule's maximum hours even when some hours are Excluded from explosion.



ERROR

The system could not adjust for the amount of overtime as defined by the rules. The overtime will need to be manually calculated and the appropriate hours' type entered.




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Create one Regular element with Exclude from Explosion and leave rest of the Special earning policy as is.  
2.  Set Daily max value to 24 hours.  
3.  Enter 12 hours for normal regular hours.  
4.  Enter 13 hours for Exclude from Explosion element
5.  Error generated :The system could not adjust for the amount of overtime as defined by the rules.  The overtime will need to be manually calculated and the appropriate hours' type entered.
