WFENG_NOTIFICATION_PERFORMER - 3120 Activity Has no Performer in Requisitions or Purchase Orders - Unable To Print, Fax, Email Purchase Orders Upon Approval (Doc ID 286931.1)

Symptoms

When submitting a purchase order  for approval, the document gets approved but it fails to print, email the PO or Notification or fax. Reviewing the wfstatus of the document the workflow is failing with the following exception:

Activity: PO_PO_APPROVED
Result: #EXCEPTION
Error name: WFENG_NOTIFICATION_PERFORMER
Error message: 3120: Activity 'POAPPRV/62497' has no performer.
Error Stack: Wf_Engine_Util.Notification_Send(POAPPRV, 552924-551425, 62497, POAPPRV:PO_PO_HAS_BEEN_APPROVE)
