Symptoms
On : 12.2.11 version, Actual Cost Process
When attempting to run the actual cost process after patch 31856789 which is upgrading to R12.2.11
the following error occurs.

Program was terminated by signal 11
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: OPM Financials
2. Navigation: Actual Costs > Actual Cost Process
3. Submit Actual Cost process for the period
4. View concurrent log file generated for the process and see signal 11 error. (OPM Financials > Actual Costs > Actual Cost Process, Actions > Process Status and click on View Log button)
