On : 12.2.x version, Viewing request output
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When scheduling concurrent request from self service page, if customer do not choose or
open the layout tab the layout does not get picked automatically
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When scheduling concurrent request from self service page, request should pick the layout
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. System Administration -> Schedule Requests
2. Concurrent Program Details Report - XML Publisher
3. Click Continue to skip through other tabs and then submit the request
4. Note that there is no template defaulted for the request and it is not published.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot generate XML Publisher report from self service page.
