The PTU Factors Table show the column names in English when logged in Latin America Spanish Language

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Log into application in Latin America Spanish language
2.  In Mexico HRM1S Manager  navigate
3.  Other Definition - Table Values - Query PTU Factor
     see Column names are in English
