Goal
How to enable the requisition details page to sort the requisition lines by "Need By" column in ascending order by default via page personalization ?
i.e.:
a. Navigate to iProcurement Responsibility
b. Go to Requisitions
c. Click in any requisition number returned by req views
d. Notice that the lines appearing in the Details section of ReqDetailsPG are automatically sorted in line number
e. User wants to have the page sorted by "Need by date" instead
