Connection Refuse Error While Reprinting Lables From Label Request History Form WMSLABHS (Doc ID 2870207.1)

Symptoms

While trying to reprint a label from  "Label Request History", request throws following error.

ERROR
-----------------------
"Connection refuse"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Choose Warehouse Manager or other equivalent responsibility
2. Navigation: Inquiry > View Label Requests > Search Labels with required criteria > Select Label to be printed and click "Reprint"
3. Reprint request throws error "Connection Refuse"
