Format Payment Instructions concurrent request is failing.
Format Payment Instructions Completing In Error.
Concurrent Request Log shows the following:
The issue is reproducible as follow:
- Log into Oracle Applications using a Payables responsibility.
- Open the "Payments Dashboard" OAF Page.
(N) Payments > Entry > Payments Manager - Submit a New Payments Process Request.
- Review the Format Payment Instructions concurrent request Log file; it shows the Error/Exception described above.
Customer was using a customized output template for their Payment Instructions.
MOS Document "R12: AP/IBY: The Extract Identity Template has No File Attached : Internal Error to Payment Server: No corresponding LOB data found" was followed with NO success. The custom template was loaded successfully.
An output of the "EBS Payments (IBY) Funds Disbursement Analyzer Report" (IBYFD Analyzer) executed for the Payment Process Request (PPR) linked to the problem Payment Instruction, shows the following information regarding the custom template:
