Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version, 

Site Hub Attribute - wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'PERFORM_DML_ON_ROW'

When User isfilling the details in the attribute page and trying to save it, then it is giving some exception.

Error PageException Details. oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'PERFORM_DML_ON_ROW'ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:PL/SQL: Statement ignored



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Site Management > Sites
2. Create new site, add attribute
3. Save, receive error
