Symptoms
On : 12.2.9 version, Runtime Core
When attempting to re-launch Configurator when closed through browser's Close Tab instead of Close button,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a Configurator.
2. Close it using the browser's X (Close Tab).
3. Re-launch the Configurator.
