Warehouse Management Label Printing Error After Migration To Azure Cloud "Unable To Connect To IP Address , Please Verify IP and Port, And That Printer is Connected And Online" (Doc ID 2870693.1)

Symptoms

Printer not connecting after migration from On-prem to Azure cloud. From database, user can ping the printer IP and response is received.
But, if we try from Oracle application it is not getting connected. User is able to print other reports from Oracle applications on this printer, but label printing alone does not work.

Unable To Connect To IP Address , Please Verify IP and Port, And That Printer is Connected And Online

Steps to reproduce the issue
----------------------------
1. Warehouse Management > Warehouse Configuration > Setup > Printers and Devices > Define Printer IP
2. Define Printer and click on Test
3. See error above on the UI.
