Queried Data is Not Displayed Under Exclude Item (button) While on the Modifier Setup Form Due to Error ORA-01406 : fetched column value was truncated. (Doc ID 2870735.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to query items entered under Exclude (button) of the modifier setup form, the following error occurs.

ERROR
Exclude items form shows error:
   ORA-01406 : fetched column value was truncated.

Notes:
This issue is happening only with one pricing attribute. All other modifier's attributes are displayed without error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Oracle Pricing Manager
2. Navigate to: Modifiers > Modifier Setup
3. Query Modifier
4. Click on Exclude button to see values already entered on the Exclude Items form
    Results in error: ORA-01406 : fetched column value was truncated.
