Non-Catalog Request (NCR) Fields Cleared After Adding The NCR Item To The Shopping Cart (Doc ID 2870971.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After an item is added to the shopping cart, the smart form or noncatalog request fields are cleared of the original values.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After an item is added to the shopping cart, the smart form or noncatalog request fields are not cleared of the original values.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into E-Business Suite
2. Navigate to iProcurement Home page.
3. From the Home page, select a smart form. Fill in all the mandatory fields and add the item to the shopping cart (click the Add to Cart button).
4. The item is added to the shopping cart and the smart form fields are cleared of the original values.

It also occurs for non-catalog requests not using a smart form.
