Symptoms
Upgrading EBS 12.2.6 to 12.2.11
EBS Upgrade to 12.2.11 results in error.
ERRORS
During installation, receiving below patch log error(s).
Dumped the batch (QP_PRICING_PHASES 1 0 , QP_EVENT_PHASES REPRICE_LINE ) into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Uploading from staging tables
Error loading seed data for QP_EVENT_PHASES: PRICING_PHASE_ID = 1, PHASE_SEQUENCE = 0, PRICING_EVENT_CODE = BATCH, ORA-00001: unique constraint (QP.QP_EVENT_PHASES_U1) violated
Error loading seed data for QP_EVENT_PHASES: PRICING_PHASE_ID = 3, PHASE_SEQUENCE = 30, PRICING_EVENT_CODE = ORDER, ORA-00001: unique constraint (QP.QP_EVENT_PHASES_U1) violated
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
