Standard Cost Is Not Updated When Resource Is Deleted From Operation (Doc ID 2871143.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Standard Cost Update does not update item cost when resource is deleted from Item Routing.

Expected Behavior
Standard Cost Update updates item cost.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. On Item Routing setup (BOM > Routings > Routings), delete routing from one of operation.
  2. Execute Supply Chain Cost Rollup for Pending cost type.
  3. On Item Costs Form, item cost is updated on Pending cost type.
  4. Execute Standard Cost Update for Pending cost type.
  5. Review Item cost on Item Costs Form.
  6. Item cost is not updated from pending item cost.
