PO Approvals Cancel Document process went into Dead lock error when Approved PO is Cancelled.

ERROR

ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create PO and Approve PO
2. PO status updates to Approved.
3. Workflow In Deferred Status (Waiting on Workflow background Process to run)
4. Meanwhile user Cancel the Document and document gets cancelled Successfully.
5. Workflow at Cancel Document Communicate Process goes into dead lock error.
