Multiple Error Messages When Job Order Status Changed From Complete To Complete-no Charges

Symptoms
When attempting to update job to complete no charges status, the following error occurs:
PO/requisition was not automatically canceled.
Cause: PO/requisition cannot be canceled if:
1. PO/requisition was in a status other than Approved, or Rejected.
2. PO/requisition was already closed, or finally closed, or canceled, or put on hold.

2. WIP -> Discrete -> Discrete Jobs navigation
3. search for work order and change its status
