Reason, Reference Fields Are Not Posted To Material Transaction History (Mtl_Material_Transactions) After Cycle Count Approval (Doc ID 2871730.1)

Reason, Reference fields on Cycle count approval are not posted to transaction history (mtl_material_transactions) . These are visible in in mtl_cycle_count_entries but not posted to mtl_material_transactions. 

Steps to reproduce the issue:
----------------------------
1. Inventory > Counting > Cycle Counting > Approve cycle count >  Open the Approve Cycle Count Form for the respective cycle count and its entry.
2. Enter/Modify the Reason and Reference field under the Reason, Reference Tab and Click on Approve Radio button. (Do not click on Save until the approve radio button is clicked)
3. Click on Save and see Adjustment processed pop up.
4. View the corresponding transaction history (MMT) record for the cycle adjustment from Inventory > Transactions > Material Transactions
-- See that Reason / Reference fields show NULL.
