RC-50013, INS-13001, INS-30060 and Not Supported Operating System Error Message in "adcfgclone.pl dbTechStack" (Doc ID 2871770.1)

Symptoms

EBS R12.1.3 and DB19c,

Even though checked Oracle E-Business Suite Installation and Upgrade Notes Release 12 (12.1.1) for Linux x86-64 (Doc ID 761566.1） and using a certified OS (Red Hat Enterprise 7), post-clone script of DB tier failed with RC-50013 and an error message "not supported on this operating system".
