Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The "Intransit Value Report" shows the shipments which are already received and delivered

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The "Intransit Value Report" should not show the shipments which are already received and delivered

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select Inventory Responsibility

2. Navigation: Requests > Submit a New Request > Run "Intransit Value Report"
