View Projected Withholding Tax Does Not Show Lines When WHT Calendar Is Attached (Doc ID 287205.1)

Symptoms

Create an Invoice for a Supplier with Withholding Tax Group attached at Supplier Site.
Validate and click on Tools>View Projected Withholding Tax. It shows no data.

Verified that the invoice satisfies all of the following prerequisites :
1. The Use Withholding Tax Payables option is enabled.
2. The Apply Withholding Tax Payables option is set to At Payment Time.
3. The invoice is validated and completely unpaid.
4. The invoice has not been selected for payment.
5. The invoice has at least one Withholding Tax group assigned.
