Goal

Why do all cost groups not appear in list of values (LOV) of subinventory form for an average cost organization?

(Navigation: Cost-> Setup ->Cost Groups -> Define a new cost group with different account, then go to Inventory -> Setup -> Organizations -> Subinventories -> Find that new cost group does not appear in the LOV)
