PARGDR: Secondary Ledger Journal Created With Incorrect Conversion Rate (Doc ID 2873265.1)

Symptoms

The Revenue generated in the secondary ledger with incorrect currency conversion rate.

EXAMPLE:
Primary Ledger Currency = CAD
Secondary Ledger Currency = INR
Transaction Currency = USD

A transaction was created with 1000 USD which got converted into 1200 CAD as 1.2 is the conversion rate between USD and CAD.

However the journal created in the secondary ledger is created with amount 50,000 INR even though the rate between CAD and INR is 60; this happens because of the below incorrect calculation:



STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Project responsibility
2. Run PRC: Create Accounting request
3. Review the journals created in the secondary ledger
