Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Self Service Benefits
Error while trying to create an entry "The specified primary keyword is invalid"
Error:
"The specified primary keyword is invalid Cause: The primary key values specified are invalid and do not exist in the schema. Action: Check the primary key values before attempting to carry out the operation again.
Information may not have changed on the Employee, however, validation has failed. The user will be navigated to page 1 of the Action. Review each page of this saved action to ensure that your changes are still accurate and complete all required fields. Click Yes to continue with the action starting with the first page. Click No to return to the previous page."
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(Please note that this is occurring in a custom responsibility, and so some steps below may look different from the next customer's issue)
1. Go to custom Manager Self Service responsibility > Special Payments
(This is based on the Individual Compensation Distribution function)
2. Click 'Create' button to create new special payment
Enter specific information, and save.
Should now show on history table in Overview page
3. Now delete this payment
4. Create new special payment (Same information) again and observe the above error
